It does not look like an RPM,circulation flattening plus MD

You might check to see if there is gunk around those torch and mintmark that you are seeing? Carefully try a toothpick. (Sometimes grime has grains of sand in the mixture. So pushing at a wrong angle could cause a sand scratch on the fields of the coin on that area.
