I have a 1952 penny looks silver but has places looks like silver rubbed off and copper is underneath. Also outer edge is really high and has place looks like someone tried to pry it off. I am new and don't know if error or fake. I have read some post on similar coins and more confused about it than ever

Well, you should really post a picture but I am pretty sure of what you have. It is a normal cent that has been plated and put in a bezel as a jewelry piece. The spot that looks like it was pried on is where the loop was to hang it.
