Hi, found this penny and noticed that the mint mark seems wider of fatter than the regular S mint mark for that year.
some pictures are missing on coppercoin, I coul use some help from the Gurus. The last image is of a Regular 70 S

That is pretty much how they looked that year. The punch is showing some punch damage. It is not a RPM. Just the bent punch issue. Note on these listings of RPMs that the mintmark shape was showing the damage as it progresses on the punch:
