Is this seller mistaken by selling a mint set coin as "proof" and a specimen 5 cent coin here?

Those look like images taken directly from the Royal Canadian Mint's webpage store.

I wrote the seller,

Quote:
Are you sure the 5 cent proof is not an uncirculated example from a mint set? I collect every crazy Canadian nickel every year and this year I don't think I have seen any Elizabeth II proofs. There are three George Victory proof varieties. Nickel/Steel, Silver and Colorized Silver. I expected Elizabeth proofs again this year but have not heard or seen any and at this point, I think that Covid delayed any chances. My colorized silver set is delayed til Nov 12 2020 and I ordered that in June. Thanks

I just found a lot of mistakes even on the mint website..."

but did not change the listing.
