1995 Cent Missing Laminate...

It was normal until it spent some time in the workings of a dryer drum. It's been tumbled to death. But this coin is as already mentioned a damaged dryer coin example. Spendable. Take a magic marker and write CCF on it and spend it, so we can see it come back again from another finder.
