please look carefully as it might surprise you.
usually differences are easier to spot when you by chance have another coin to compare it with.
I know there will most likely be arguments about the Why's and the maybe's.and, and , and... but I assure you there is NO camera or light trickery involved.
Have fun, and check your own coins.
Just saying : what's good for one coin, maybe also good for the another?
Good luck
H

I agree with the 6/6, but #1 looks like the beaver has a knife in his head ... unless that's dirt or something.

The colour on #4 seems different then the rest but could be just the lighting.
However the detail in the log and water is much finer on the last one also.

Cheers, Bill

Thank you so far.
But keep looking for a bit longer.
some of you are partially right, others are not.
I assure you it has nothing to do with color or lighting.
think along what varieties we have in other nickels, usually just with 2 differences.
Here we have 4 coins .. and with one exception (6/6), nothing in Charlton. or elsewhere (as far as I know)
Admitted, I might be a bit too critically when looking at the coins...,
but what I said in the OP, still stands.
Just compare... and you shall find

I see the last one as being a different colour and the water lines are more and finer

The last one has far less wear than the others and was struck with a fresh die.
Maybe the OP is thinking that #2 is near leaf, but it's just an optical delusion.

Yes DBM, that NL thing struck my mind. Also the 6 looks like it is different on them. But, as you say,it may and probably is an optical illusion.
How about the WL? perhaps I got fooled there also?
I will try later and take another image of pix # 4 with a different lens.
and yes, I did get fooled with the WL and I am sorry for all the confusion.
I thought honestly I had found something new and different with the WL being doubled.I am not sure how it happened. However, even with a lupe, if I look at the coin in a slight angle, the WL appear to be all doubled.... but are not. it must be some optical reflection.
my sincere apologies to all.

sorry guys...
