Found this coin while searching some half today and it looks wild. I am guessing that the front is painted but the back looks like it is missing the lamination.

to CCF. Need better photos,front and back. Looks more like environmental damage to me.

We need clearer images to see what you exactly have. I would be guessing from the image provided.

I tried several times to get a better picture but the file size was to big.
