Hello- don't know much about coins but found this nickel in my change the other day. Is it an error or just from being in circulation?

Or has glue on the obverse. Just a spender. Put it back to work. Save the best, spend the rest.

Can we get a better picture OP? Looks like damage, but hard to see enough to rule out a strike through.

Looks more like a Struck Through Grease and grit on the obverse die. (Probably the anvil die)
