Are these examples of die deterioation?

Been studying doubled die coins for awhile - reading several dozens articles online and watching even more YouTube tutorial videos. Trying to distinguish between doubled die, Machine Doubling, and Die Deterioration. I understand the doubling effect but still trying to understand the less obvious coins. (The three attached coins have "spreading" in the letters. I seem to only recognize the "shelving" of Machine Doubling so I decided to start looking for "spreading" in coins.)

Correct, all show signs of Die Deterioration in combination with wear and circulation flattening.

Especially on the 1965. Notice in the fields the strong metal flow lines that move from the center of the coin towards the rims, these become more prominent with Die Deterioration.
