In 2000, that was the last year for the bagged coins. What difference does that make? After then, they used the pallet bags and the off centers would no fit into rolls to be sent out.

The error coin were to be shipped back to the mint. So finding an off center after that time is a lot harder to find.

That picture is significantly more off center than the coin.

Agree, maybe ten bucks. Work on your pic uploading skills! You can use the Preview button to see what your image will look like before it goes live.
