Lamination Error Or Just Damage

1920 Lincoln cent, in bad shape. Trying to learn and was wondering if this is a very minor lamination error or just post mint regular damage. The spot between the chin and the date looks like it is peeling up. I am not sure the pictures capture it very well.

Looks like LAM around the 1920 area to me and maybe another further north on the coin. Some environmental damage looks likely in addition to the LAM.

Lamination. And, looks like some form of old adhesive/sugary drink congealed gunk sprinkled about the coin's obverse.

Thanks sheldius and inj1944. I do no think it is a sugary drink because when I put the coin in my mouth it does no taste sweet. j/k
