In the 1690s this type was also issued in Brabant under Charles II. In your first photo, it would say CAROL II between 12:00 and 3:00. On the reverse this type has the legend starting at 1:30 ARCD AUST DUX BURG BRAB Z ending about 10:30 followed by the date. The type mentioned by @eligius has PHIL V D between 12:00 and 3:00 obverse. On the reverse, the legend reads DUX BURGUND ET BRABANT Z running continuously from 1:00 to 11:00. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces24857.html
I can't tell which of these is correct from the photo (and there are some others), but you may be able to see the legends with the coin in hand.
