1991 Lincoln D Re-Punched In The Nose?

Hi everyone! I came across this 1991 Lincoln D which looks to have been punch in error on the tip of the nose unless he got into a serious fight and now needs plastic surgery! Lol. It seems to me that no lines have been broken in the strike to indicate any damage from being in circulation. The strike lines don't look to have been compromised at all.

@dmn, I'm not seeing any flow lines on Abe's nose, but I agree with the frog that it sure looks like that flat area is just damage.
