The mark on the rim is just a contact mark. Not a plus for the coin. The affected fields are also damage. Just probably not enough to lower the price. So don't point them out, as they are a negative, not a positive for the coin.

I agree with @coop on these specific examples being damage to the coin, but evidence of heavy die damage, such as multiple die chips, cracks, and gouges *could* increase the collector value of a coin.
