Hello! Asking for thoughts on the line through the "0" on the date. Would this have occurred during the minting process or afterwards? Many thanks!

Just got scraped up and the material from the 0 was distorted.

Happened afterwards--post strike damage. We see several of these each month. Likely caused by a vending machine or some other coin-handling machinery.
