Had to pay more than I usually spend on large cents at $85 but this one seemed to me to have XF sharpness. VerdiCare would help out I think on reverse. Numismedia has this coin retail price at $216. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1832-Large...233951874983

I agree with the XF sharpness, but there are some gouges in the neck area. XF Details damaged.

saw those hits too. Probably why the price was relatively low compared to one xf-45 for sale now on e-bay for $350. It is an N-2 medium letters I believe which adds a little to value.

I post quite a few coins I buy on here. The vast majority I sell to a local coin store. This one is no exception. If a straight graded coin is anywhere from $200 to 425 for this year and variety of coin how much do you discount it for its flaws? Most of the time I make $ on these resales but not always. Took a shot.
