Normal weight for a coin with this stage of advance massacre's. Normal coin is 2.5 gr. here is missing the copper and also zinc. Try to spend.

Not an error. Post strike damage, didn't leave the striking chamber in this condition. Most likely was abraded deliberately, or was slid across a mildly abrasive surface where both sides were impacted--such as a smoothed concrete surface; ended up flipped, and slid across again (perhaps in a Costco or Sam's Club warehouse).

These are not mint errors, they were altered in circulation/garage. No premium for a damaged coin.
