On the PCGS website, when I punch the number, the information about the coin is indicated. But I still can't figure out what it is Population and Pop Higher.

Population - Number of coins at the same grade as your coin.

Pop(ulation) Higher - Number of coins with a grader higher than yours.

How to say Coinfrog.
I am currently building a PCGS set " Basic U.S. Coin Design Set No Gold (1792-present)". In this set, I have a coin 1803 1C SMALL DATE, LARGE FRACTION, BN FR2BN, but PCGS instead of adding a rating to me, lowered it. It is rated at -4 rating. Why?
