Not seeing anything that looks doubled. Wexler, VV, and coppercoins have no DDOs listed for this date, either, so I'm gonna say no.
My best finds:
1996 DDO-001/FS-101: http://goccf.com/t/372066
Two 2000 WAMs in a box: http://goccf.com/t/375240
1995 DDO-001/FS-101: http://goccf.com/t/376071#3225244
2000-D Maryland Quarter Rotated Die http://goccf.com/t/394553

The correct term is Doubled Die and no I don't see any Doubling.
Where in particular do you see Doubling, I see a well circulated cent.

Thanks for the correction guys also I was looking at the 9 top and bottom part as well as B and R on liberty. I've been looking at videos to tell difference between Doubled Die and doubled stike, may need to see more lol. Big thanks guys!
