Large date.

If you look at comparison photos, or a handful of '82's, see how much closer the 2 is to the rim on a large date. The diagonal of the 2 is straight on the large date. And the top loop of the 8 is more of a horizontal oval. The small date has a curved diagonal on the 2 and the top loop on the 8 is more round.

Keep the example Yokozuna pasted for you. Study the differences in the number 2 and keep the chart as an example to refer to, and you'll get it. Keep trying!
