I was wanting to hear some thoughts on what I'm seeing from the Neckline/Cheek to the C in Victoria. This Coin came out of an ICCS flip, Graded VF-30. Thanks for any help!

At first I thought it was Die Crack but looking at it closer, I think it is a lamination issue.

Yes, it looks like a cracked planchet or something similar.

VF 30? that must have been a seriously old ICCS flip..
looks better than a 30 to me...but, what the heck do I know?

looks more like a planchet flaw to me

47P7, here is the flip it came in. I purchased 6 Coins that came in the older ICCS flips and they all seem to be Graded low. I don't really care for the flips, so I have been taking them out and putting the Coin in an air tite.

it is an old two lettr flip
but it beats me what the comment stands for?

There are Date Varieties.

Oval Zero.

Round Low Zero.

That coin is no less than EF40 imo.

I'd take it out of the flip too!
