You don't even have to look at the backwards letters on the coin, The torch flames are leaning the wrong direction (to the left - instead of to the right) he already has a few bidders on it.. One of them is going to get ripped off..

While I haven't heard it called that term specifically, I think that @dear means the situation where two or more coins are glued together. When separated, the dried glue sometimes sticks to one of the coins and contains an impression of the removed coin. We see this sort of thing pretty often here at CCF.
