That looks like a copper small date from Philadelphia. The ones from Philly are common.

Copper cents are approx 3.11 grams

Then I would be where I am not,
Here I am where I must be,

Are there any high grades of this coin that is valuable, or to say... desired by a little niche of collectors? Or too common even in MS67 and up?
