I'm not a Lincoln Cent doubled die expert, but I don't see any sign of any type of doubling.

Look at the RTY.in liberty and the 7 in the date.Thanks

There are actually two working hubs and it may be the other one from the first I gave you, they are very common. Also look at Wexler's 2017-P 1 WDDO-002, it looks very similar. See if you can find any of the markers.

There are no known DDO for2017P. I'm just seeing it. A DDO would change the size of the devices. My books don't show it.

Unfortunately not a DDO. Looks to be the doubled working hub WWHO-002.

You're looking for the right things in the right spots. WWHO-002 looks like a true doubled die. But if you look around you'll find that multiple dies have this exact same doubling, so it can't be a doubled die.
