Looks like a normal earlobe.

Rotating them make it look different. Also an over polished die removes part of the fields making that area thinner. (not enlarged like a doubled ear should be)

I too don't see a doubled earlobe. Just a normal cent from these pics. We always ask for overall photos of the coin, both sides, in addition to a couple of close-ups.
