What Canadian Cents Should I Keep An Eye Out For?

KurtS Pillar of the Community United States 5318 Posts	Posted 01/12/2009 12:31 pm The most valuable pre-1950 coins are the key dates of 1923 and 1925, but the whole series of 1922-26 are worth a good premium. There is also a valuable die variety for 1949. here's the diagnostic for the 1949 "A to denticles" (also called "high relief obverse") Check the alignment of the last A in GRATIA to the closest denticle. The valuable version is on the right. If in doubt, post a pic and I'll give it a crack. Here's how it looks on an actual coin: Report this Post to the Staff
