Rev Metal flow occuring? below feet of kangaroo, above and below shield rim, back of kangaroo, around the 5 of 50 and various other places although some of it looks like doubling.
The obv inside polygon is off centre by a few mm to outside rim polygon.

Metal flow? Your term confuses me a little since all metal flows on a coin to fill the design.

If you meant die flow lines, which are part of the die as it ages, then the areas I see that you referred to are not die flow lines.

-Touching the bottom of Joey's feet looks to be die chips.
-Joey's back might be MD ( Mechanical Doubling).
-The bumps on the top left of the shield are part of the design (Joey's fingers?)
_the wide part of the top and bottom of the shield looks like it might be part of the normal design. I can't find any clear images to compare to.

The polygon issue (Rim) are just misaligned dies I believe.
