I have ponded over this coin for at least 2 hours, searching the net trying to determine whether it is an actual 1932/3 overdate penny.
What has convinced me is the top curve of the 3 is wider than normal, and when I magnify the coin I believe that there is an extra bit on the end of the top point of the 3.
I would appreciate anyone's opinion.
Thanks in advance,
Ian

Hi Ian..first Coin, not sure, seems to be something under the top loop, but the second one is an overdate.
Lots of experiments in the Melb. Mint during the Depression years, there are multiple versions of the 33 Penny O/D,i have over 12,before they started turning out nice clean 33 dates.
Like the 33 Half overdates they are no longer in demand, compared to the previous 50 years, amongst collectors since ebay started.
Dealers for decades presented these as scarce/unique Coins when in fact they are common as ebay has shown.
