Hey okiecoiner, thank you for the alerting me on this, I had no idea that there were multiple different versions of the obverse on this coin. I am having trouble identifying it though. I have tried comparing it to others that I found on ebay and other sites to see which version I have. I am thinking it is version 2 or 3. What do you think?

No, yours is an Obv 2. For '84 there was only Obv 1 and 2. The Obv 1 has a smooth, rounded chin and throat with the neck extention pounted and ending beteen 2 beads. The crown tip for the Obv 1 does not impinge on the bead. The Obv 1's are fairly scarce, and the 2 is common for the year.
