1943 D Mercury Dime (Should I Have This Graded?)

Josh981 New Member United States 12 Posts	Posted 10/13/2021 01:12 am I have this 1943 D Merc dime in my collection , can anyone tell me more about the Grading of this coin? Is it worth having graded? I figured it would be best to get a second opinion before sending it in. Sorry if the pictures arent in the greatest quality. I limited to my phone for uploading . Thanks for your time ! panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18717 Posts	Posted 10/13/2021 09:52 am it sounds as if you kind of new to collecting. please check here for comments before getting any coin professionally graded as it very easy to lose money getting a coin graded and the cost of doing that would chew up a considerable amount of the value of the coin and you would never recover it. as for grading, photos need to be large enough to see all the details of the coin and try to avoid overhead lighting as it presents too much glare to see the surfaces welcome to CCF Report this Post to the Staff
