Extra thickness on date, separation on lower end of the 3.
No matches on Coppercoins, Wexler, and VVV.

Appears fairly normal looking to me. The lower portion of the 3 might be circulation flattening. Not seeing a DDO on this one.
ça va bien aller

I do see some extra thickness on the date, but it is very minor.

I submitted a few 1983 cents like this to Wexler a while ago, he said they where the doubled working hub WWHO-001. (So I assumed there is more to the doubled working hub the the LI) Unless there's some other significant doubling I think he would give the same answer to your coin as he did mine.

Similar to WDDO-007?
http://doubleddie.com/828823.html
or WDDO-008, 010,
You might check this link to see if all the devices match the exact hub doubling on this site? (All must match, except for die die wear as the die ages, some types of hub doubling is worn on the outside edges of the devices facing the rims)

I thought WDDO-008 too at first but the doubling on LIBERTY would be visible in the full coin pic, and I don't see it. The other two Coop mentioned have pretty clear die markers that should be visible as well.

I should add that I do believe your coin looks to be a DDO. I just think Wexler would call it WWHO-001 because it is not as strong as the others he did list.

Thanks for all the feedback.
I don't see any of the markers to match it with any known DDO.
My eyes were leaning toward WDDO-008 also but no die scratches. This one will be in a 2 x 2. Thanks
