It does look like a doubled die reverse=DDR.Now try to find the attribution number and let us know.

It is going to be a hands on match up from your end. There are many that year:

Look for the size of the spreads on the larger spread ones. Then not the tops of the devices. A lot of them are different. Some pointed, some wider in some locations. (like the 'S' on the EPU) Look for differences in dot sizes also. Also if the stems on the wheat grains are enlarged. It is probably one of the lower numbers as it is a nice spread. Then check for markers.
