1982 D Lincoln Cent Zinc Sd/Help Identifying "Possible" Doubled Die Obverse RPM

Good afternoon all. I know that MD is flat and shelf-like, but there appears to be notching at the end/corners of the 2 and 9 in the date, and the Mint Mark "D" appears to be repunched. I also see zinc rot as well on the edges of the MM. I have to get better images taken on the reverse before I post what appears to me to be possible doubling. Heres what I have so far...

The date and mm are definitely MD, no question. I would like to see a clearer pic of the MER on the reverse though. Maybe something but cannot tell from this pic.

Machine doubling. No zinc rot, although zinc is exposed, possibly from split plating.
