1982 D Lincoln Cent Zinc Sd/Help Identifying "possible" Doubled Die Obverse Repunched Mint Mark / RPM

I know that MD is flat and shelf-like, but there appears to be notching at the end/corners of the 2 and 9 in the date, and the Mint Mark "D" appears to be repunched. I also see zinc rot as well on the edges of the MM. I have to get better images taken on the reverse before I post what appears to me to be possible doubling. Heres what I have so far...
