I assumed it was recessed. Yes, John1 is correct, if raised, it's a rim cud.

Also looks like a slight MAD so folded rim fin wouldn't surprise me either.

Here's another. Not the same one but the collar broke in the same general area that year and design.

man all the info is amazing.. Thanks everyone .. especially all the links with photos , but what is this CU-25c-2001P-03R numbers stand for.. the last three set because I think I understand the other set of numbers
