I'm from Louisiana and I've got a question about a 2003 Alabama D quarter that clearly is an error of some sort bc it's stamped on wrong size planchet if nothing else but it's alot more than that tho please get back to me and hello to everyone here I just signed up but read all of you guys helpful info all the time.
If the size is reduced and rolled over, it could be a coin damaged in a commercial dryer: The clue? The rounding over on the edge of the coin over the devices that were struck on the coin. If that is what you have, it is just a damaged coin.
