Not seeing an inverted mint mark. Value IMHO is 5¢ John1
( I'm no pro, it's just my humble opinion ) Searched 6.5 +/- Million Cents Since 1971

I'm seeing a well-circulated and stained/corroded nickel. May have spent time in a corrosive environment (soil) at some time long ago. Can't tell anything definitive about the mint mark with the photo posted. A new close-in, large and sharp photo might help. Thanks.

Are you guys can help me out here unless I'm missing something the PCGS coin fact shows the same exact mint mark for fs501 don't need to zoom in see it it's obvious as heck unless I'm just completely mistaken on what it means by the inverted mint mark

My kids leg caught the coin scope cord and broke it let me see if I can fix it but at least we agree is not the normal mint mark from the spacing?

Sanaul --
You have the coin in-hand and can view it form several angles under a variety of lighting conditions under different magnification. We can't. We can only see what you post. Hoping to view large and sharp, close-in pics of the mint mark. Thanks.

Why does PCGS coin fact all ways make so many errors like the minttage numbers on Tuskegee airmen quarter I don't know if I should be collecting those because on PCGSit says it has the same numbers as the w quarters I know those are low mintage so I don't know it's Tuskegee airmen low mintage or not but PCGS shows the original mint mark on the 1958 d differently than the nickel I have it looks more like the fs501 photo spacing wise

The last image looks like PMD or perhaps a die chip?
