It seems like this happens often. A pretty nice coin but I guess grease in the dies? The I of Liberty is almost gone and the S in states on reverse. Otherwise seems to be nice grade. I guess my question is grease in die?

But what is happened with the STATES and the NT from the CENT?

I think some grease on I and maybe a die crak (chip) on B?

I think partially filled with dirty grease on the S in States, the the lower part of the NT of cent on the reverse
