I would guess ms64

I'd say it just makes MS-65.

Solid 64, outside shot at 65. Nice strike, great-looking coin overall.  to the CCF!

i'd say this one is a tad better than normal for strike which is nice to see. due to shadowing its difficult to say of the luster is broken across the cheek. I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt but I'm still at MS64
