I would say compared to other options, generally no. But I set aside a few BU rolls from circulation to diversify my coin collection. It doesn't hurt to save some, especially if you get them for face value.

Post-2002 Silver Proof half dollars are definitely worth keeping if you can get them for junk silver prices.

They are NIFC (not intended for circulation). Which means, with a few exceptions, someone purchased them from the mint at a premium and then spent them, deposited them at a bank, etc. So if you find them in near Unc. Condition without a lot of bag marks or toning; it is worth keeping.

Yes, at least one of each for me to fill album holes.

But as for keeping them in bulk, probably not.
