I think this is a 64. A lot of chatter, but it is shallow and not distracting.

I am at MS64, but the roughness on cheek may have held the coin to 63.

This coin has two big things in it's favor, a hammered strike with needle sharp hair detail and great luster. As noted there are many small scattered contact marks that hold the eye appeal down a bit. MS64+ is as high I could go with these images.

First impressions on this were on the line between 63 and 64. I think it could have gone either way.
