Good day, I have come across a coin that the dot is missing between S UNUM on a 1965 Roosevelt dime. I know this is not normal, what is the cause? Any value?

Probably a grease issue.No added value.

I have found a few of those myself. Too common to be rare. Some looked worn but others were most likely a Grease Fill.
