BINGO! It sure looks like a Grease Filled Die strike to me.

Looks like it may have been done by the same die that I have as a Grease Filled Die: 2000 (note image #3)

I bought it off eBay. It was an educational piece. Wondered it is were a Low pressure strike, but the rims prove that is wasn't.

Low pressure strikes don't have rims. Struck Through Grease strikes do have the rims.

CoopHome: What is the difference between a Struck Through Grease strike and a low pressure (weak) strike?
