Sorry, but this doesn't look like the Doubled Die. If it were, you would be able to see the doubling without magnification.

Not worth submitting. Close up pics needs work. It is not the famous doubled die,but could be a lesser one.Did you check all three reference sites we all should do? John1

Still the coin is attractive and has been well preserved. The strike is sharp too. Not sure why the harsh comments? Market value is average but worthy of keeping. Nice start to a collection. This one cent investment without grading would easily bring several dollars, that's a 2 to 300 percent profit. Not every coin in my collection would bring much more than face value but the time collecting, has been worth it. I use many as a place holder until something better comes along. This is a great coin!

Value in that condition is under $2. Quote: Not sure why the harsh comments? No harsh comments, the coin is not in high enough condition to submit. As a general rule a coin needs a retail value of at least $100 to justify all costs involved in sending it in. John1

Definitely not worth submitting. Many small field ticks evident even in these smallish pics, to the CCF!

Doesn't look too pretty. I suggest not.

I think these in this condition are fairly common and readily available. Save one for your collection and invest the rest in more rolls to look at. You can't keep them all, but some try, haha.
ça va bien aller
