Why oh why didn't they do the 2015 reverse proof dime at the Westpoint mint and the reg proof at Philly?

I picked up the set anyway becuse I need a RP dime to go with the obverse row of RPs from Westpoint

The 2018 set is in the next row for the reverse images

This is just my opinion, but it was because "reverse proof" and "West Point" are two "special features" for a coin. Your suggestion would make a 2015-W Reverse Proof Dime way more special than a plain ole proof from Philly. This is, of course, in the context of them being issued in the 2015 March of Dimes set. The two dimes had to been seen as somewhat equal.

That is a very logical deduction

Because the mint wants to make it as difficult as possible for Dansco to make comprehensive coin albums of each type.

Nice coins. Looks like a CAPS album. I have one for my Franklin halves and have been thinking of getting a couple for other series as well.

I have CAPS albums that I use for my commemoratives

The only thing I don't use them for is my Type collection which is in a IS binder

I might suspect collusion if Dansco et al. actually created updated pages and albums for all these special issues thrown into the mix year after year.
