Well, I see roller lines all over the surface, but the big one could be linear plating bubbles that are following the roller line.

Just a plating disturbance of some sort and headed for zinc rot.

Agree, linear plating bubbles. Not uncommon.

Try to push on the bubbled line with tooth pick and see if there is movement.
