Possible Dime Error Coin - 1994 P Dime

I came across this strange dime. Has the color of a Penny with some silver highlights in spots, but the most interesting thing is the strike on this coin. The left side has a noticeable ridge and the right is definitely smooth to a very small lip. Lastly, is a comparison in color from a 1970 dime.

Just a slight misalignment. Not enough to warrant any premium.
The colouring is caused by exposure to a certain environment.

Silver color was coated. Possible outdoor find, that altered the color. Note the areas on the rim that are showing the color under the coating on this dime.
