A while ago I found a 2017 $1 with a serial that I think is pretty cool, but nobody online lists it as "special". The serial is 57550000, my question is, are highly round numbers like this something to look out for? I know "fancy serial numbers" are pretty subjective person to person, but I can't find a single online reference that considers numbers like this anything special.
Thoughts?

https://www.mycurrencycollection.co...mber-checkerThat's where you check your fancy serial numbers and I checked that one for you and it says that it's very cool. Now that doesn't always mean that it will sell but it's definitely worth listing somebody might want it.

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone here could tell me if some of the following fancy serial numbers are worth trying to sell online.... They are all circulated bills, some in good condition, others in fair-at-best condition; no particular errors that I can see: 5 dollar bills: Series 2013: 08990989 Series 2017: 11134343 Series 2013: 41177171 Series 2013, Star note: 00028912* 20 dollar bills: Series 2006 49840804 Series 2017 62060999 Series 2013 81080084 Or I'd ask that if the majority of them are worth selling online, then only mention the ones that aren't worth selling. And if the majority of them are not worth trying to sell, then only mention the ones that are worth it.... Because I need to spend some of these bills soon, however I want to hold on to as many as I can, lest that I end up kicking myself for spending all of them Thanks

None of them are fancy, but that's not to say someone wouldn't pay a buck or two to add them to their collection. Personally and respectfully, they're all spenders to me.

Thanks Steve. According to the link that Mitchell had posted above: https://www.mycurrencycollection.co...ber-checker/The first three 5 dollars bills that I posted, are rated as a 97%+ according their criteria for "coolness". That being the case, I could/should hold on to those three said 5 dollar bills for now; and, since I need some money to spend soon, I could spend the three 20s that I'd listed, without kicking myself for it later on....

Can't resist posting this again: This was among my tips when I did a guided tour for some American cruise passengers in the summer.
