The ANACS website shows no upcoming shows in Texas at all for the next year. Typically they would show up to shows in Arlington, Grapevine, White Settlement, Austin, and Houston. TNA in Arlington and the Houston Money Show are some of the biggest shows in the country, yet there's no plans to attend anything in the future. I had planned on attending the 11/18 show in Houston, but when I called to confirm their attendance, they had apparently cancelled.
If there was only one rep in Texas who decided to retire that would make sense, but I've seen different reps in DFW than in Austin/Houston. When I've called their customer service number about it, they've been really weird about answering questions on the matter, just telling me to keep checking the site. When I asked who was in charge of setting up shows, I was told marketing but they refuse to put me in touch with them. If they need reps, I wouldn't mind doing it myself, but they've been very vague and not forthcoming with information.
I find it odd that they would miss out on possibly the largest market in the country (except maybe California or Florida) with no explanation whatsoever. Especially when we're really not that far from Colorado anyway. Add to that all the problems with NGC
, you would think that they would be all over capitalizing on the long wait times and issues of their competitors lately.
Does anyone here know anything that might be going on with ANACS in Texas?
