As mentioned the doubled ear on a Philly die. They are quite obvious:

Note the enlarging the die went through on the DDO? (It is also a Philly mint coin)
Here is one that is form a normal die, that is not the DDO. Note the spread is not there for it be a DDO

The affected area is incuse, not raised, so it wasn't the real DDO.
